Customer satisfaction, the key to success.
At AnSem we are committed to understanding current and future customer needs, meeting customer requirements and exceeding customer expectations. In order to achieve this we continuously ask our customers what they think about our quality of service and performance during the course of a project. We also gather feedback by sending a Customer Satisfaction Questionaire (CSQ) at the end of a project with 35 simple but very specific and direct questions. Positive feedback brings us a lot of motivation to keep up the good work. Comments about what could have done better help us to improve.
From last year's surveys, we learn that customers value mostly AnSem's technical expertise, its ability to complete projects on time and the flexibility during the execution of the projects. Furthermore customers also appreciate the communication and project management skills and the customer dedication by AnSem's engineering team.
The outcome of the survey clearly demonstrates that AnSem is a customer driven company that leads in technical excellence.
