To strengthen our team, AnSem is looking for a Project leader to successfully coordinate a design project from start to finish.
Description
- Candidate is responsible for a design project from start to finish
- Candidate must be able to handle both the technical and organizational aspects of a design project:
- Handle complex design issues
- Handle project planning and organize the design team
- Interaction with customers
- Candidate reports to the Project manager
Profile
- Education:
- Candidate holds a university degree in micro-electronics
- Skills/Personality:
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent planning & organising skills
- Team player able to motivate team members
- Strong communication skills, stress-resistant and result-oriented
- Experience:
- min. 3 years industrial experience in analog IC design is required
- Languages :
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required
- Understanding of Dutch is preferred
