Job summary

To strengthen our team, AnSem is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the sales activities of assigned customers throughout the complete life cycle and contributes to the marketing strategy of AnSem

  • Contribute to the marketing activities of AnSem
  • Manage the sales activities for a group of AnSem leads in the funnel and customers
  • Report on assigned leads in funnel

Tasks

  • Marketing
    • Create sufficient awareness of the existence of AnSem with potential customers to realize AnSem’s mid and long term business targets.
    • Initiate and implement the marketing strategy based on AnSem’s long term corporate goals in conjunction with the VP Business Development.
  • Sales
    • Manage and keep record of leads
    • Manage sales activities throughout the sales process
    • Prepare project proposals for customers in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Projects
    • At the start of the project, provide the technical requirements from the customer to the design teams
    • Follow-up of progress of the project

Job Requirements

  • Master in electronics or similar through experience
  • Minimum 5 years of successful commercial experience in Semiconductor industry. Strong market knowledge.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory. Knowledge of Dutch, German or French is a plus.
  • We expect you are a able to write a business and financial plan, and you are able a to interpret the P&L
  • You are known for your outstanding communication and presentation skills, and your ability to convince and negotiate with people in a diplomatic manner.
