Human Resources Business Partner (BE)

As the People Partner you will empowered to develop and implement talent initiatives to deliver our EMEA people roadmap. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, EMEA and you will join a global HR team representing our 12,000 associates across 40+ counties.

Key responsibilities & tasks

  • You will join a newly established People Partnering team focused on supporting the high-growth business sectors of Cyient.
  • You will be the lead People Partner for two business divisions and responsible of accomplishing the talent plans to support their high-growth plans.
  • You will report to the Senior People Manager.

You Will:

  • Support our global and regional Delivery teams with their talent and growth plans, which will include talent acquisition, talent management, mergers & acquisitions, building capabilities and creating inclusive cultures.
  • You will help us work with the global HR team and Delivery leadership teams to ensure our talent plans are robust and sustainable.
  • Be comfortable in using data-driven analysis and make decisions.
  • Bring experience managing HR cyclical processes (i.e. performance management, compensation reviews…)
  • You will lead the employee engagement, D&I and culture activities for important business divisions.
  • Use analytics and reporting from HR systems such as Workday
  • Project manage and drive transformation projects, as needed.

Job Requirements

You'll need:

  • Experience building talent plans within a technology or start-up businesses.
  •  Experience in HR Business partner experience from either a global matrix or fast-growing organization
  • To be able to demonstrate you can collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team in a matrix organization
  • To be a team-player who takes ownership beyond your functional scope, to establish company-wide programs.
  • To be a hands-on HR practitioner, who can work on both strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Strong knowledge of local and country employment laws and practices
  • You will need bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • You will need 3+ years of experience
