Project Leader ASIC Design (NL)

To strengthen our team, AnSem is looking for a Project leader ASIC Design to manage projects of advanced analog and mixed-signal ASICs for wired and wireless data transmission, data acquisition and ultra-low power applications from start to finish. Key responsibilities & tasks

Successfully coordinating one or more ASIC design projects from start to finish, handling all aspects of the project(s) within a mutually agreed budget and timeframe, while exceeding customer expectations

  • Responsible for delivering high quality results
  • Communicating and aligning both internally and with the customer
  • Providing clarity, building a dialogue and inspiring the design team on a daily basis

Job Requirements

Master in Microelectronics, preferably with at least 8 years of relevant experience in analog and mixed-signal design

  • Proven leadership and people management skills in small multidisciplinary teams
  • Experienced in project-based work
  • You are known to be analytical, pro-active and customer oriented, discretion is your middle name
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
